Accountant

Record daily accounting transactions, receipts, payments, and expenses. Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents. Prepare and verify purchase and sales invoices. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required. Prepare bank, cash, and petty cash records. Assist with bank and supplier reconciliations. Enter and maintain accounting data in the company's accounting software. Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters. Support the Senior Accountant/Finance Manager with daily accounting activities. Ensure accounting records are accurate and properly maintained. Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of accounting experience; UAE experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of accounting software is preferred. Basic understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles. Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates available in Abu Dhabi/UAE are preferred.
