IT Sales Executive

Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives / Tele Callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our services to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases. • Introduce the company's products and services professionally. • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. • Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers. • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all interactions. Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage). • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
