Kitchen Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment. • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults. • Troubleshoot equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, cooking ranges, exhaust systems, and other catering equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing. • Replace faulty electrical, mechanical, and electronic components. • Test equipment after repair to ensure safe and proper operation. • Maintain service records and report equipment issues to management. • UAE driving license - REQUIRED
