MEP Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible MEP Site Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will supervise MEP site activities, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, and ensure all works are completed safely, correctly, and according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, and repair works 2. Coordinate and monitor AC's, Electrical, Plumbing, and other MEP activities 3. Manage and assign tasks to technicians and site workers 4. Monitor work progress and ensure completion within schedule 5. Check workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications 6. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on site 7. Prepare daily site reports and update management on work progress 8. Identify site issues and coordinate solutions 9. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment 10. Enforce safety procedures at the workplace Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years to 5 years of MEP site supervision experience 2. UAE experience is preferred 3. Good knowledge of Ac's, Electrical, Plumbing, and mechanical systems 4. Ability to read and understand MEP drawings 5. Good leadership and communication skills 6. Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors 7. UAE driving license is an advantage 8.
