Real Estate Consultant

Future Homes is looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties while providing professional guidance throughout the real estate transaction. Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new property leads through networking, referrals, calls, social media, and other channels. Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives. Present suitable properties and arrange property viewings. Advise clients on Dubai's real estate market, property values, locations, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions from initial enquiry through closing. Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and available properties. Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients. Stay informed about new property launches, market trends, regulations, and developments in Dubai. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Coordinate with developers, landlords, property owners, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders. Ensure a professional and high-quality customer experience. Requirements: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of Dubai's property market is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and excellent client-handling skills. English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage. A valid UAE driving license is advantageous. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
