Ride Host & Events Assistant — UAE Driving Licence & Daily Car or Motorcycle Access Required Social Saddles | Dubai | On-site | AED 2,500/month base + performance bonuses Social Saddles runs horse-riding experiences, lessons and social events. We need a dependable, welcoming host who can take responsibility for the guest experience and personally handle practical event preparation. Mandatory requirements — please read before applying Apply only if you meet all of these requirements: - You currently live in the UAE and have valid UAE residency and Emirates ID. We do not provide UAE residency or visa sponsorship. Appropriate work authorisation must be confirmed before starting. - You hold a valid UAE driving licence for the car or motorcycle you will use. - You have reliable daily access to a car or motorcycle for every agreed shift and suitable supply run, including early mornings and late finishes. Vehicle ownership is not required, but access must be dependable every day; taxis, public transport and occasional lifts do not meet this requirement. Motorcycles must not be used to carry bulky or unsafe loads; larger collections require an agreed transport arrangement. - You can reach Dubai-area stables and event venues for scheduled early starts, including 5–6am sessions, evenings and weekends. - You are willing and able to personally move and arrange tables/chairs, prepare refreshments and BBQ when required, set up events, clean up afterwards and collect supplies. - You are very comfortable speaking and understanding English in real-time conversations: welcoming guests, explaining arrangements, answering questions and handling concerns. - You are sociable, warm, personable and engaging. You confidently start conversations, introduce riders and members to one another, include newcomers and help people feel comfortable without being pushy. - You accept the AED 2,500 monthly base. Your commuting transport and petrol are included; no separate transport allowance or accommodation is provided. - You are dependable, punctual and reachable by the team during agreed working and coverage hours. You respond promptly, follow through on tasks, communicate delays early and proactively assist with coordination and practical needs. - You remain calm, respectful and helpful under pressure, including busy events, delays, last-minute changes and guest complaints. You communicate politely, focus on solutions and escalate issues appropriately. What you will do - Arrive before guests and have the venue, guest list and setup ready. - Personally welcome riders and members, check bookings and sign-ins, explain arrangements clearly and help guests feel comfortable. - Start friendly conversations, introduce guests to each other, notice anyone who feels left out and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the experience. - Coordinate closely with the owner, customer-support coordinator and stable team; confirm arrangements, share timely updates and promptly report delays or problems. - Be available to assist the team during agreed working and coverage hours, including guest enquiries on-site, schedule changes, supply runs and other reasonable duties related to hosting and event operations. Notice what needs doing and take initiative rather than waiting for every instruction. - Support rides, lessons and social events on the ground. Horse handling or instruction is only undertaken if separately assessed and authorised. - Prepare tables, chairs, refreshments and BBQ when needed, and leave the event area tidy. - Collect approved supplies and keep receipts. Approved business purchases are reimbursed separately from salary. - Explain suitable lessons, packages and memberships accurately, encourage repeat bookings and record attributable referrals. Riding experience, riding-instruction qualifications and hospitality/event experience are advantages, but they do not replace the mandatory requirements above. Pay and availability - AED 2,500/month base + performance bonuses for qualifying referrals and package conversions under the agreed written bonus scheme. - Membership commission details will be shared when the updated memberships launch. - On-site work on an agreed roster around bookings and events, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Exact hours, rest days and start date will be agreed before appointment. - Other commitments must not interfere with agreed shifts.
