Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories

FITIT is looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the mobile accessories industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Key responsibilities - Promote and sell mobile accessories, including phone cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, power banks, and other electronic accessories. - Assist customers in selecting suitable products and explain product features, pricing, and compatibility. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Meet sales KPIs and contribute to overall company revenue growth. - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average order value. - Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. - Monitor individual sales performance and work towards continuous improvement. - Prepare sales reports and update management on sales progress. - Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organised. - Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. - Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally. Sales performance and incentives - Salary package of AED 5,000 per month, including performance-based incentives. - Incentives will be linked to sales performance and achievement of targets. - Candidates must be motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements - Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in mobile phones, electronics, or mobile accessories. - Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Basic knowledge of mobile accessories and smartphone compatibility. - Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve KPIs is an advantage. - Positive attitude, honesty, teamwork, and willingness to learn. - Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred. - Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred.
