🚨 WE ARE HIRING – B2B SALES EXECUTIVE 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💰 Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month, all-inclusive 💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE B2B sales experience 🚗 UAE Driving License: Mandatory + Car 🎯 Target Market: B2B Customers Only Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and well-connected B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, an existing B2B customer base and strong business relationships within the UAE market, particularly in the fresh produce, food & beverage, hospitality, wholesale, trading, retail, or related sectors. Products The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and selling: • 🥑 Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, including Avocado • ☕ Ethiopian Coffee • 🌸 Fresh Flowers from Kenya Key Responsibilities • Develop new B2B customers and maintain existing business relationships. • Utilize an existing UAE customer network to generate sales and business opportunities. • Visit customers regularly and develop long-term commercial relationships. • Identify potential buyers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies and other B2B customers. • Negotiate prices, quantities and commercial terms with customers. • Achieve agreed monthly sales targets. • Monitor market prices, customer requirements and competitor activities. • Coordinate with the management and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management. Requirements ✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE B2B sales experience ✅ Existing UAE B2B customer base is required ✅ Proven track record in sales and business development ✅ Strong knowledge of the UAE market ✅ Experience in fresh produce, food & beverage, hospitality, wholesale, retail or related industries is preferred ✅ Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently ✅ Good knowledge of English
