SALES MANAGER

Idyllic Interiors is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and secure interior design and fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out sales, excellent business development skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE interior design and fit-out market. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and business partners. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the design and estimation teams. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable projects. Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and deal closure. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and business development within the UAE interior fit-out industry. Demonstrated ability to secure projects and achieve sales targets. Strong knowledge of interior design and fit-out services, project sales, and commercial negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage. A valid UAE driving licence and an established industry network would be an added advantage
