Shutter production helper & welder

Job Title: Shutter Helper / Welder We are looking for hardworking and motivated Shutter Helpers and Welders to join our team in the UAE. Responsibilities: Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roller shutters, sliding shutters, and related metal works. Perform welding, cutting, grinding, fabrication, and assembly work as required. Assist senior technicians and welders at project sites. Follow site safety rules, company procedures, and instructions from supervisors. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Willingness to work at different project sites and outside normal working hours when required. Requirements: Previous experience in roller shutter, metal fabrication, welding, or similar work is preferred. Helpers with a willingness to learn are also welcome. Basic knowledge of tools and site safety. Physically fit and able to work as part of a team. UAE experience is an advantage.
