Store Keeper

What You'll Be Doing Debaj Group is seeking a dependable Storekeeper to support organised, accurate inventory operations at its Sharjah location. The role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking goods while maintaining clear records and a safe, orderly stock area. **Responsibilities** - Receive deliveries, verify quantities and item condition against purchase orders or delivery documents, and report any discrepancies promptly. - Label and store goods in designated locations, maintaining orderly stockrooms and ensuring appropriate handling practices are observed at all times. - Record incoming, outgoing, and transferred inventory accurately in stock registers or inventory management systems. - Issue materials to authorised colleagues, obtain required acknowledgements, and monitor stock levels to flag replenishment needs in a timely manner. - Conduct routine stock counts, investigate variances, and assist with periodic audits and stock reconciliation. - Maintain accurate supporting documentation, adhere to workplace health and safety procedures, and coordinate effectively with purchasing and operations teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate careful attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and a practical approach to inventory control. This is an on-site role based in Sharjah.
