This could be your next opportunity! 🚀 🎯 What You’ll Do: •⁠ ⁠Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Air Freight services. •⁠ ⁠Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. •⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. •⁠ ⁠Promote customised Air Freight and end-to-end logistics solutions based on customer requirements. •⁠ ⁠Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term retention. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution. •⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms effectively. •⁠ ⁠Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across logistics services. •⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. 🔎 What We’re Looking For: •⁠ ⁠5+years experience in Air Freight sales / Freight Forwarding industry •⁠ ⁠Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Air Cargo, Import & Export, and Freight Forwarding operations •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills •⁠ ⁠Strong commercial acumen with a highly target-oriented approach •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field ✨ If you have a proven track record in Air Freight Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Business Development, we’d love to hear from you!
