Estimation Engineer Jr. / Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified Estimation Engineer Jr. / Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in Construction and MEP works to join our team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in estimation/quantity surveying * Proven experience in Construction, MEP, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects * Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and pricing * Good understanding of Civil and MEP works * Good knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors * Proficient in MS Excel * Strong analytical and numerical skills Candidates with relevant UAE Construction and MEP estimation experience will be given preference.
