QUANTITY SURVEYOR (O & M, Water Network Pump House and Utilities)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in water utility sector, particularly in the operation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 8 years of UAE with relevant qualifications and proven experience in the water utility sector, particularly in the operation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure projects. * Certification in Quantity Surveying and/or Contracts Management. * Strong knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract forms. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and commercial management skills. * Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
