QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for the Water Utility Sector, particularly in the Operation and Maintenance of Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: * Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for Water Networks, Recycled Water (RW), Potable Water (PW), Pumping Stations, and Utilities Operation & Maintenance projects. * Monitor operation and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to contract requirements and quality objectives. * Develop, implement, maintain, and control QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, quality records, and related project documentation. * Conduct and coordinate quality inspections and ensure that identified non-conformities and corrective actions ae properly documented and closed out. * Coordinate with project, operation, maintenance and client teams to ensure that quality requirements are consistently implemented throughout project activities. * Support internal and external quality audits and facilitate timely closure of audit findings. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 8 years of UAE with relevant qualifications and proven experience in the Water Utility Sector, particularly in the Operation and Maintenance of Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, quality documentation, and document control systems.
