MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Experience: Minimum 6 years UAE experience 🏗️ Project Experience: Industrial / Warehouse Projects Job Responsibilities: * Prepare mechanical MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings & as-built drawings. * Understand customer requirements, project specifications & consultant requirements. * Review consultant comments, revise drawings and coordinate for comment clearance & approval. * Prepare HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing & equipment layouts. * Coordinate mechanical drawings with electrical, architectural, structural & other MEP services. * Basic knowledge of electrical panel room layouts, MDB/SMDB arrangements & equipment clearances. * Basic knowledge of cable tray, cable ladder & cable routing layouts. * Ensure drawings comply with DEWA/ADDC requirements, UAE standards & project specifications. * Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on site conditions.
