Business Development Partner - Technology Services

Sparkify Social is expanding its business development presence in the UAE and is looking for experienced B2B sales professionals who can actively develop business in Dubai. Sparkify Social builds websites, mobile apps, custom software, AI systems and business automation solutions for companies. What you'll do - Identify and approach potential business clients in Dubai - Prospect through calls, LinkedIn, email and local outreach - Build relationships with founders, owners and senior decision-makers - Conduct initial sales conversations and qualify opportunities - Maintain systematic follow-ups and build a local pipeline - Work with Sparkify's central team on technical discovery, proposals and closing - Take ownership of business development within the territory What Sparkify handles - Technical discovery and solution architecture - Product demonstrations - Proposals - Development and project management - Technical delivery Who we're looking for - 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience - Strong outbound prospecting experience - Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers - SaaS, software, IT services, professional services, telecom, fintech or other B2B sales experience preferred - Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up discipline - Based in the UAE - Able to make Sparkify business development a serious professional commitment Commercial structure This is an independent, performance-based business development opportunity. Compensation is commission-based on successfully generated and collected business. There is no fixed monthly salary. This is not a passive referral opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to actively build a substantial local sales pipeline.
