Sales Executive – Arts, Culture & Events

A Dubai-based business operating in the arts, culture and events sector is seeking a proactive, professional and results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business and commercial partnerships. The role may be structured as full-time or part-time. Fixed salary details are not disclosed in the advertisement and compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities: • Identify and approach new clients for cultural, artistic, corporate and private events. • Contact prospective clients through phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person meetings. • Understand client needs and recommend a suitable solution or partnership. • Arrange meetings and site visits and follow each sales opportunity to a clear outcome. • Build relationships with companies, event organizers, artists, cultural organizations and commercial partners. • Maintain accurate CRM records, contact outcomes and follow-up dates. • Provide a clear weekly report of sales activity and active opportunities. Requirements: • Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, events, hospitality, arts or a related field. • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. • Good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. • Knowledge of Dubai's arts, culture or events market is an advantage. • Able to work independently, responsibly and toward agreed targets. • Familiarity with CRM systems or structured sales tracking.
